SPECIFIC SALE AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
ALL EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED IN THE ORIGINAL COUNTRY AND CURRENCY OF PURCHASE.
Final Sale Items
• All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
• Please ensure you have selected the correct sale item before completing your purchase, as no returns or exchanges are allowed on final sale items.
Jewelry and Swimwear
• For hygienic purposes, all jewelry and swimwear items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store and Online Purchases
• Items purchased in stores or online are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Cash or credit refunds are not permitted.
• Store credits issued through AZULU expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
• All exchanges, whether in-store or online, must occur within the 14-day period and require items to be in a sellable condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
Online Orders
• Items purchased on Azulu.com trigger the 14-day return/exchange policy starting from the date of confirmed delivery.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for any items returned via mail. However, this fee is waived for items returned in person at any of our store locations.
Gift Receipts
• Exchanges or gift cards will be issued for the purchase price indicated on a gift receipt. If a receipt is not presented, a gift receipt will be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item(s) within the past 14 days.
Gift Cards
• Physical or electronic gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
