SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

At AZULU/St Dom, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued  customers. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms for processing, shipping, and  returning your purchases, ensuring clarity and transparency at every step. Whether you’re  shopping online or in-store, we’ve designed these guidelines to prioritize your satisfaction  while maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency. 

SPECIFIC SALE AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES 

ALL EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT TRANSACTIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED IN THE  ORIGINAL COUNTRY AND CURRENCY OF PURCHASE. 

Final Sale Items 

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 

Please ensure you have selected the correct sale item before completing your  purchase, as no returns or exchanges are allowed on final sale items. 

Jewelry and Swimwear 

For hygienic purposes, all jewelry and swimwear items are FINAL SALE and cannot  be returned or exchanged. 

In-Store and Online Purchases 

Items purchased in stores or online are eligible for exchange or store credit only  within 14 days of purchase. Cash or credit refunds are not permitted. 

Store credits issued through AZULU/St Dom expire 30 days from the date of  issuance. 

All exchanges, whether in-store or online, must occur within the 14-day period and  require items to be in a sellable condition, with tags attached and accompanied by  the original receipt.

Online Orders 

Items purchased on Azulu.com trigger the 14-day return/exchange policy starting  from the date of confirmed delivery. 

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for any items  returned via mail. However, this fee is waived for items returned in person at any of  our store locations. 

Gift Receipts 

Exchanges or gift cards will be issued for the purchase price indicated on a gift  receipt. If a receipt is not presented, a gift receipt will be issued based on the lowest  selling price of the item(s) within the past 14 days. 

Gift Cards 

Physical or electronic gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except  where required by law. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Order Processing 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after confirmation of  payment. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping Options 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. 

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to  customs clearance. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and  shipping method selected. 

Free shipping is available for orders over [insert amount] within [specific  region/country, e.g., "the continental United States"].

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking  number to monitor your shipment. 

Shipping Restrictions 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees  incurred during shipping. 

RETURNS POLICY 

Eligibility for Returns 

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible for returns. 

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. 3. Ship the item(s) back to us using the address provided by our Customer Service  Team. 

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund  within 5-7 business days. 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS Refunds 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a  defect or error on our part. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the  desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service Team  within 7 days of delivery for assistance. 

Return Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a  defect or an error on our part. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your  item(s).
